working principle

The blades of the resistance rotary level switch are connected to the clutch through the transmission shaft, and the motor maintains normal operation when not in contact with the material; When the blade comes into contact with the material, the motor power is disconnected and stops moving, and the mechanism simultaneously outputs a contact signal indicating that the material level has reached the set height.

Installation precautions

When installing horizontally, it is recommended to install the switch at a downward angle of 15 ℃~20 ℃ to reduce material impact.

2. The entrance of the junction box must face downwards, and the cable fixing nut must be locked tightly.

3. During power transmission, it should be confirmed that the voltage used is correct.

4. The load of the controlled circuit must match the capacity of the switch contacts. 5. Avoid bridge breakers or vibration motors near the installation of the product.

6. Avoid installing switches near the feeding port to reduce blade damage and misoperation during feeding; If the switch must be installed near the feeding port, please install a 2mm wide protective baffle 200mm above the switch.

7. When installing each product, choose horizontal or vertical installation according to its model.
