UCF type magnetic flip plate liquid level meter is based on the principle of magnetic coupling design of the field indication type liquid level meter, with the float as the measuring element, magnetic steel driven magnetic bead display, no energy, because the liquid and the indicator are completely isolated, the measurement of liquid level is very safe, reliable and durable. The product measurement range is large, the whole process measurement has no blind area, and the display is clear and intuitive.

According to the installation position of the container, the installation method of the magnetic flap level meter can be side mounted, top mounted, etc.

The product can be equipped with a remote transmitter, which can convert the liquid and boundary signal into a two-wire system 4-20mA DC24V standard signal to achieve remote detection, indication, recording and control.

Circular installation precautions

1. The remote instrument should be kept close to the liquid level gauge pipe and fixed with stainless steel hoop. (Iron prohibited).

2. The green sensor surface mark on the remote transmission supporting instrument should face and be close to the main tube body of the level gauge.

3. The red zero mark on the remote transmission supporting instrument should be at the same level as the zero indication of the liquid level meter.

4. The connection between the remote transmission supporting instrument and the display instrument or the industrial computer is best laid by a protective tube or a shielded two-core cable. The shield can only be grounded at one end, and the cross-sectional area of the wire diameter can not be less than 0.8mm25 after the cable is tied into the wire hole of the junction box, it is required to be sealed well, so as to avoid the intrusion of rain, moisture, etc., so that the remote transmission supporting instrument cannot work normally. The junction box should be opened during maintenance and debugging, and should be covered in time after completion.
