pneumatic vertical shock/ bump test table
KCT11 series is a full pneumatic vertical shock/ bump test table. It is a shock /bump test equipment with novel design, high degree of automation, good safety and reliability, simple operation and convenient maintenance. The system can perform the shock test of general half sine wave, post peak sawtooth wave, square wave and other waveforms. It can meet the requirements of shock test and meet the requirements of bump test. The system equipped with the shock bump control measuring instrument, effectively integrates the shock and bump functions, and the function is perfect and reliable.
Functions and features:
◆ Use fully air pressure drive, with simple structure, high reliability. And no pollution, can keep the environment clean and tidy.
◆ It is no need to do shock and bump conversion, measurement and control software can automatically complete shock or bump test.
◆ Using air pressure drive, the shock test efficiency is greatly improved, and the maximum shock rate can be up to 100 times/min.
◆ Convenient to achieve large pulse width and small overload test.
◆ It can be used to replace a bump tester due to its shock tester structure and high shock rate. Compared with motor drive or hydraulic drive bump tester, it has higher reliability and better bump waveform.
◆ It can control the shock speed by adjusting the air pressure, and easy to adjust the bump speed.
◆Control measurement software uses KCT90 series shock control and measurement software, which can conduct shock manual operation, continuous shock, single shock , interval shock, and realize various kinds of shock modes, which is convenient for users to choose.
◆ Built-in brake mechanism, using air pressure to unlock, and tightly locked when electromagnetic valve is power off, to ensure safe operation under any circumstances.?
