Use of pH meter buffer solution：250mL of buffer solution can be used multiple times, and the amount of buffer solution used for the ph meter can be as long as it can completely submerge the glass electrode. Used pH meter buffer should be emptied and not reused. And the remaining portion store in a cool and dry place at 20-25 ℃. After using it for a period of time, the electrode of the ph meter will be asymmetric, and the potential will undergo significant changes, so regular calibration is necessary. 

Taking the preparation of 250mL pH=6.86 standard buffer solution as an example to illustrate the preparation method：

Acidity meter is a common equipment,also known as PH meter, which is mainly used for precise measurement of pH value of liquid medium, and can also measure MV value of ion electrode potential with corresponding ion selective electrode. It is widely used in industry, agriculture, scientific research, environmental protection and other fields. If the electrode an be properly maintained in use, prepare the standard buffer solution as required and operate the electrometer correctly, which can remarkably reduce pH indication error, so as to improve the reliability of chemical experiment and test data.
