PRODUCT  FUNCTION

This product is a special-purpose testing instrument for non-road tourist vehicles. It is suitable for measuring the slope of the route traveled by tourist vehicles and calculating it in real time to assist inspectors in determining whether the slope of the vehicle type's route meets the requirements, effectively improving inspection efficiency and accuracy.

PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS

• The slope measurement module adopts a high-performance-price ratio attitude reference system, which consists of inertial measurement units, magnetic sensors, etc., and is embedded with an extended Kalman filter algorithm to provide accurate heading, attitude, and other angular information. Through the interaction of various sensors inside the product, the accuracy and reliability of the product are improved;

• The sensor used by the slope measurement module provides real-time and high-precision roll angle, pitch angle, and heading angle in dynamic and static environments; it has characteristics such as resistance to vibration, short-term external magnetic field interference, and high bandwidth, with a small size, light weight, and low power consumption;

• The vehicle operation condition measurement module is attached to the side of the vehicle using magnetic adsorption, and through a three-section regulating arm and tensioning device, the sensor is attached to the wheel, making the detection process more in line with regulatory requirements and improving the accuracy of measurement;

• Recordable parameters: The handheld control terminal monitors and measures the changes in numerical parameters of the measurement process in real time throughout the entire process;

• External 4-stage power display indicator light;

• The host unit and the main data collector adopt wireless transmission mode, eliminating the need for additional signal transmission antennas;

• The main body of the host is made of lightweight aluminum alloy, which is light and sturdy; the instrument's outer case adopts a high-strength box body that is dustproof and shockproof; the testing equipment is easy to operate and convenient to use, effectively improving the inspection efficiency of inspectors;
