Testing Methods

Power industry standard: DL/T 637-1997 "Technical Conditions for Ordering Valve Regulated Sealed Lead Acid Batteries"

Two main performance indicators:

1. Working environment: Normal use under ambient temperature conditions of -15 ℃~+45 ℃.

2 Structure: The terminals are connected by bolts and nuts, and the voltage drop between the batteries is Δ U ≤ 10mV.

3 Appearance; No deformation, cracks, or oil stains.

4. Airtightness: The battery can withstand a positive or negative pressure of 50Kpa without breaking or opening the adhesive, and the shell remains intact after the pressure is released

5 Capacity: The capacity of 10h rate shall not be less than 0.95C10, and shall reach C10 for the third time.

6 high current discharge: discharge at 30I10 (A) for 3 minutes, and the pole should not melt and the appearance should be normal.

7. Impact discharge capability: meets the requirements of Article 4.13 of DL/T 637-1997 standard.

8. Charge holding capacity: After 90 days of standing, its capacity shall not be less than 80%.

9. Sealing reaction efficiency: not less than 98%.

10 Anti acid mist ability: No acid mist escapes during normal operation.

11 Safety valve requirements: open valve pressure 10Kpa~49Kpa, close valve pressure 1Kpa~10Kpa.

Design life ≥ 8 years, service life ≥ 5 years.
