The V-mixer machine is a type of mixing machine that achieves homogeneous mixing of materials through the movement of the mixing vessel. Working Principle of the Mixer Machine

The entire housing is V-shaped, consisting of 2 cylinders welded at 75° to 90°, and rotates to allow mixing of the components by diffusion mixing. there is no agitator inside the V-mixer, and all movement of the powder is due to an avalanche of product caused by the rotation of the housing. Optimal mixing is obtained after a certain number of rotations. These mixers usually have 2 openings at the top of the "V" shape, which facilitates easy discharge of the mixer at the end of mixing.
