The machine is a high vacuum machine with dehydration plant and three high-precision filters, which can remove water, impurities, gas thoroughly and quickly from all kinds of waste Lubrication oil, high viscosity oil, diesel oil, hydraulic oil turbine oil and refrigerant oil.

What’s important, this machine utilizes a physiochemical reaction to eliminate the acidic component, absorb the sulfur content and the tiny impurities for changing the color to light yellow or limpid. please check the above picture, the decolorization three filters are filled with Silica Gel, which can change the color well.

1. This machine can remove the water and gas from the oil quickly.

This machine adopts multilevelcartridge filter Vacuum Pump for getting rid of the vapor and the gas from the oil quickly. First filtration adopts large capacity filter which can be easy to clean. It can remove the water and gas from the oil quickly; the filter of this equipment using the world's leading “l(fā)ayered filtration" technology can remove the tiny particles of oil with big capacity, high intensity, long useful time.  

2. Strong demulsifying and dehydration capability

ZJD-R adopts world's leading "cavitations’" principle and the technology of coalescence &separation. It work with special designed polymer demulsification device, which could easy to separate the liquid water ,free water and the miring water from oil. It can recovery the badly emulsionized lubricating oil and reach the using requirement of Hydraulic pressure lubrication equipment.

Working principle

When the oil purification starts, firstly contaminated oil enter into heater, secondly flowed into pre-filter under the difference pressure, in which the large impurities are removed. Thirdly oil goes into intermediate filter. Fourthly oil flow into decolorization system to change the color, then go to water separator, the water separator adopts a special skill which changes the change the impaction of oil and water to speed up trace water and coagulate big water which is separated from oil and stored in water content. After that, oil passes through the fine filter and fine particles of matters is removed during the process. Finally oil flows into vacuum pump which use stereo-evaporation removing residual trace of water and steam is condensed in the condenser or expelled out by the vacuum system. the oil was transported out by oil pump. The purification process has finished.
