Wireless Temperature Verification System

Ⅰ.WTHPVSYS wireless temperature verification system has three main components:

A, wireless verification probe: wireless temperature probe, wireless temperature and humidity probe, wireless pressure probe, 

respectively, to collect and record the parameter records of each environment.

B, data reader: single-hole readers and eight-hole readers, mainly to undertake the role of the probe and software bridge, 

set and read the relevant parameters.

C, wireless temperature verification system software: used to set the relevant parameters of the probe, read the data, 

analyze the data, export the verification report.

Ⅱ.Product advantages:

A, wireless verification probe using stainless steel 316L and PEEK material structure, completely waterproof, corrosion-resistant,

high temperature and high pressure.

B, the use of high-precision PT100 temperature sensors and high-precision humidity and pressure sensors, respectively,

 the accuracy of: ± 0.1 ℃ / ± 1.5% RH / ± 0.25% full scale, to meet the verification and detection of various fields, a wide range

 of measurement of various parameters.

C, wireless small size design, diameter 26mm, without wiring, adapt to a variety of environments and equipment verification

D, with a single-hole reader and eight-hole reader, USB connection communication, convenient and fast reading settings.

E, wireless verification probe with more than 32000 memory capacity.

F, a variety of probes to choose from, hard probe / soft probe / no probe optional

G, the user to replace the battery, battery life of 2-3 years, depending on the circumstances.

H. The software supports multi-system, automatic statistics related data, automatic calculation of F-value, automatic export

 of all kinds of verification reports. Comply with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and GMP requirements, tracking audit function, with
