1.Product Overview

Ultrasonic level gauge is an externally attached level measurement sensor used to measure the liquid level height inside oil tanks, tanks, and containers.Sensors use the principle of ultrasonic detection to detect the oil level in the fuel tank, and then convert the oil level value into oil quantity value through intelligent processing. The oil quantity data is sent to the system platform through GPS and transmitted to the backend supervision system to achieve real-time monitoring of vehicle fuel consumption.At present, the product is mainly used in the field of vehicle networking, to monitor the changes in fuel tank oil level in real-time to achieve fuel detection. 2.Working Principle

Ultrasonic level gauge is based on the principle of ultrasonic echo ranging. The sensor is installed outside the

 bottom of the oil tank, emitting ultrasonic signals from the bottom. When it encounters the oil surface, it reflects back, and then calculates the level height based on time and speed.

By combining digital signal processing technology, the influence of container walls is overcome, achieving high-precision non-contact measurement of liquid level inside the container, and meeting industrial application requirements in terms of application.
