Infrared quartz heater uses iron-chromium alloy wire (FeCrAl wire) as heating element and quartz tube as protective sleeve. Its color temperature is 1800K and wavelength range is 2.2-3.5 microns. Since the main radiation band is in the medium wave area, it is most suitable for moisture drying and widely used in industrial drying. The power, voltage and tube length can be made according to customer requirements and drawings. There are two installation methods: horizontal installation and vertical installation. In order to improve the radiation efficiency, it can be semi-gold-plated or white-coated.
