Description:

The CMT2300A is an ultra-low power, high performance, OOK, (G)FSK RF transceiver for a variety of 127 to1020 MHz wireless applications with OOK, (G)FSK RF transceiver. It is

part of CMOSTEK's NextGenRFTM RF product line, which

includes transmitters, receivers, and transceivers.

The CMT2300A's high level of integration simplifies the peripheral materials required in system design. 

It supports multiple packet formats and codecs, giving it the flexibility to meet the needs of a variety of applications. In addition, the CMT2300A supports 64-byte Tx/Rx FIFO, rich GPIO and interrupt configurations. GPIO and interrupt configurations, Duty-Cycle operation mode, Channel Listening high precision RSSI, low voltage detection, power-on reset, low-frequency clock output, manual

fast frequency hopping, squelch output and other functions, making the application design more flexible and realizing product differentiation.

The CMT2300A operates from 1.8 V to 3.6 V and consumes only 8.5 mA when reaching -121 dBm sensitivity.
