Digital microprocessor controller module 9907-164
The 9907-164 is a digital microprocessor controller module. It is mainly used to control steam turbine, turbine generator and turbine expansion module. The 9907-164 unit is designed to control the steam turbine by operating a single extraction and/or admission of steam, utilizing one or both of the turbine's staged actuators to drive the steam inlet valve.
In addition, the 9907-164 is equipped with a range of discrete and analog inputs, including 16 contact inputs (four dedicated, 12 programmable) and six programmable current inputs (4 to 20 mA). Its standard features include critical speed avoidance, valve limiter, automatic start sequence and stop-first out indicator.
The 9907-164 is a digital microprocessor controller module with a wide range of applications. Specifically, it is commonly used in electric power stations, natural gas compression stations, industrial processing plants, and other applications that require turbine control.
In addition, it can be used as part of industrial automation systems to achieve precise control of equipment requiring speed regulation in industrial processes, such as the control of internal combustion engines, turbines or other types of engines.
