1. Introduction

This type three lobe Roots blower is a self-developed new product on the basis of absorbing international advanced technology, which has low power consumption, low noise, excellent performance and low maintenance costs properties. Advanced CAD design tools, process technology and sophisticated CNC equipments are used in product development. 2. Characteristics

3. Working principle

The two rotors rotate in the opposite directions driven by the synchronous gears and there is appropriate clearance between the two impellers and blower cabinet, which forms air intake cavity. With the rotor rotation, the air is transferred from air intake cavity to air discharge cavity without being compressed, and then exhausts which causes blowing.
