API 11B Aisi 4140 Stainless Steel Spray Polished Rod For Sale
Polished rod is designed and manufactured in accordance with the latest edition of the API specification 11B. Stainless Steel polished rod is manufactured from Type 431 High Strength stainless steel. This polished rod has a minimum tensile strength of 115,000 PSI and has the best corrosion resistance properties when compared to 1045 or 4140 alloy rods. It has excellent tensile and torque strength and good toughness, making it ideally suited for progressing cavity pump application. This grade exhibits excellent resistance to a wide variety of corrosive media including salt water. It is designed for any loads at any depth where corrosion is a problem.
1.Design Standard: - API 11B
2.Length: 8,11,16,22,24,26,30,36,42 ft.
3.Diameter: 1-1/8”, 1- ?”, 1-?” and other size available on request.
4.End Connections: - Pin x Pin - Pin x BOX Polished rod Couplings
5.Test: API 11B
6.Main process: Surface quenching with High Frequency Induction
