Sponge product characteristics:
Our company can produce sponge filter screens with a pore size of 15-45PPI (PPI is the unit of sponge pore size, referring to the number of sponge pores within one inch), which can be produced in various colors.
The polyurethane mesh sponge used for membrane removal by explosive method not only has the advantages of ordinary mesh sponges, but also has the characteristics of small color change, high porosity, good breathability, high compressive strength, and permanent elasticity. It can be used in the filter layer of air conditioners and air filters of vehicles, with much better performance than original filtering products. Its application in aquarium filters is more common. We can also produce flame-retardant mesh sponges that meet UL standard certification V0 level according to customer requirements. The heat-resistant porous mesh ceramics fired from the mesh sponge and the nickel alloy mesh sintered after electroplating can be used as filter materials in the metallurgical industry.
