Spline shaft is a kind of mechanical transmission. It is used to transmit mechanical torque as parallel key, semicircle key and oblique key. There are longitudinal keyways on the surface of the shaft, and the rotating parts on the shaft also have
corresponding keyways, which can keep synchronous rotation with the shaft. While rotating, some can also make longitudinal sliding on the shaft, such as transmission shift gear, etc.
We can produce forging bright surface shaft、step shaft、spline shaft and other customized shaft according to the drawings. The material of shaft is 42 CrMo, 35 CrMo, 45 Steel ,40Cr, 20CrMo, ect. The surface roughness can reach 0.8.

Machining： CNC Turning,CNC Milling,CNC Boring,CNC Grinding,CNC Drilling
Gear Machining： Gear Hobbing,Gear Milling,CNC Gear Milling,Gear Cutting,Spiral gear cutting,Gear Cutting
