This unit is suitable for the sterilization of heat sensitive liquid materials such as milk, fruit juice, beverages, soy sauce, jam, soy milk, wine, popsicles and ice cream syrup. It can also be used for the sterilization of liquid medicinal materials, which can ensure complete and complete sterilization. The effect of protecting nutrients from loss is very significant. It can be used with any aseptic filling equipment for continuous production, and can produce products with a shelf life of more than 3-6 months.
This unit can automatically control the sterilization temperature of materials and automatically reprocess unqualified materials. It has the advantages of energy saving, compact structure, small footprint, high heat exchange efficiency, low production cost, simple and convenient operation and maintenance. The process of this equipment can be arbitrarily combined within a certain range according to user requirements to adapt to various process requirements. Therefore, the equipment has a wide range of uses, including sterilization and cooling of materials in the food and beverage industry, and heating, heat recovery and cooling of liquid materials in other industrial systems.

Main features of the equipment:
(1) Production process automation: adopt internationally advanced PLC programmable control technology, touch screen operation interface, and control and test the whole process of production operation according to the process parameters set in order. The whole process of sterilization production is automated, and the sterilization temperature and discharge temperature of the materials are fully controlled, so that the sterilization degree of the materials matches the requirements of the filling machine. Pre-heating, homogenization, sterilization, heat preservation, and cooling realize full-process automatic control and continuous production. Stabilize product quality while increasing product output.
(2) Extremely high heat energy utilization rate: The equipment adopts a multi-stage structure, which can simultaneously perform operations such as heating, heat preservation, heat recovery and cooling of materials. Both heating and cooling of the product are carried out in the tube heat exchanger. The heat can be fully recovered in the preheating and sterilization section.
(3) Safe and reliable operation: The control components and main components adopt domestic and foreign high-quality brands. There are multiple temperature detectors in the machine to keep the heat exchange in a monitoring state at all times, which can monitor the temperature change of the system in time, and transmit the sterilization temperature information back to the programmable logic control system (PIC system) in time. Once the temperature fluctuation occurs, it will be displayed on the screen immediately. Effectively ensure that the system is produced in a strictly aseptic state. If it is lower than the specified operating temperature, the unqualified materials will be automatically reprocessed to ensure continued production.
(4) Ensure the original taste of the food: the entire sterilization process is completed instantaneously under high temperature conditions, completely killing the microorganisms and spores in the material, ensuring the original taste of the food.
