Main structure and feature
Host Machine Module
Machine size according to product output and customer process requirements,height according to the height of the product,import and export seal design chain network height 1000-1100 adjustable,mesh belt running speed 0~1000mm/min adjustable main frame for high quality stainless steel material.The spray main adopts industrial stainless steel seamless pipe in the upper part of the spray to prevent the explosion when the pressure is too high. It is equipped with cleaning manhole and overflow port to facilitate the personnel to enter the equipment to clean and remove the residual liquid of the equipment.

Steam Pipeline
The steam inlet and outlet pipes are all made of sanitary stainless steel seamless pipe,to prevent bursting when the pressure is too high.The steam jet hole is arranged with a certain inclination angle to avoid direct steam injection to the box body,reduce noise,and effectively reduce steam overflow.
Heat Exchanger
The steam direct injection heating method is adopted, and the steam intake volume is adjusted in real time by pneumatic film regulating valve,so as to control the water temperature in the heating and insulation section of the box body.
Water Supply pipe
The pipes are made of sanitary stainless steel seamless pipe to prevent bursting when the pressure is too high. The water tank is made of high quality SUS304 material.Pumps can be selected according to customer requirements,pump and sink connection.Nozzle material SUS304 stainless steel,nozzle hole is not blocked,acid and alkali resistant,high temperature resistant sprinkler evenly distributed,ensure the bottle and water uniform contact.Equipped with manual main water refill port, automatic auxiliary water refill port tank installed float level meter, convenient for automatic liquid level detection and control.
Insulation Layer for Containers
A high-quality polyurethane insulation layer is arranged in the heating and insulation section of the box. High-quality stainless steel plates are welded and assembled outside the insulation layer.
