Product Description
This good quality meatball production line for sale is especially designed for large meatball manufacturers. It can boil and cool various meatballs including pork balls, fish balls, vegetable balls etc.
Molding groove and cooking tank of water heated by the steam pipe between the two tank water temperature control by regulating the steam converter with high temperatureand pressure valve, forming tank water temperature about 75 degrees, cooking trough the water temperature is
90 degrees. Formed fish ball need the digester tank for further cooking, then move to the end of the cooking groove by dial plate.
Different kinds ofporkball will need to be cooked for different time , and controlled by the regulating the speed of the dial plate.
Through the chain of transmission to the cooling tank pork balls to be rapidly cooled in the cooling tank, cooling water tank is open,that is, into the cold water and the overflow of hot water cooling tank water temperature
is always 20 degrees -25 degrees.
