Product Description
1. Auto Thermoforming & Vacuum Packing Machine series use stretch and hot plastic film or sheet as raw material to make package containers, after filling the material, cover another film or sheet aboved, and then vacuum sealed. It is suitable for food, commodities, product packaging, such as meat, aquatic products, pastries, pasta and all kinds of cooked food. There is no need making the package container in advance, it can stretch the film and thermooforming, filling mateirals, vacuum sealing, cutting at the same time with convient, low energy consumption, short cycle, high effiniency.
Other functions:
Printing function: print the date of production, the batch number and the code, with the single or multiple lines
Cleaning function: provide CIP cleaning system
Conveyor: provide the conveyor to output the products in beeline automatically
Features:
Easy to clean and sanitary by stainless steel construction
BUSCH vacuum pump from Germany gurantee performance and durability
Digital display PLC interface with touching panel from Japan, easy operation
Various wrapper and specification choice with scope on the same machine
Servo driver from Japan makes circulate placidly and accurately
Versatility in running many different formats and sizes on the same machine only need to change the mould
Other gas mixer available based on vacuum to extend fresh time
INSTALLATION:
1. We will assemble and test the machine before packing,and provide English manual.
2. If customer need, we will send one or two engineers for assembling and training of workers.The buyer shall bear the engineers round-trip tickets fees, basic accommodation and Transportation,the allowance shall be 70usd/day/person.
