This line is suitable for fruit, leaf vegetables and Chinese herbs’ washing and cleaning, cutting, deatering, transportation. It is widely used as pre-treatment of fruits and vegetable before dehydration , IQF or others, in cleaning factory and large-scale food distribution center.

Washing Machine
First put the Fruit or vegetable into the water, then the high pressure water flow and
power under the action of bubbles . Then the mud on the materials goes into the settling zone through the filter. Under the force of water, the Fruit or vegetable are sent to the conveyor belt then to the inner tank. Next is the second cleaning phase, spray cleaning. (the removed mud is held up by the filter. During the work process, the inlet water pipe and spray pipe always supply fresh water so that the sewage in tank can be replaced gradually.
