Brief introduction of tomato paste production line :
This tomato paste production line is small (experimental) production line, the production process is exactly the same with large-scale industrial production line. Fruit juice production in strict accordance with standard manufacturing process can be scaled directly to large production. End products meet the food requirements of GMP sanitary conditions. The configuration of Product filling, packaging forms can be according to the requirements of the retail mall.
Equipment performance status :
1. Raw materials: fresh fruit (this tomato paste production line suitable for pome fruit, berries).
2. End products: PET bottle finished seasoning jam (pulp).
3. Processing capacity: 25 to 500 kg fruit / hour (Depending on the device model and configuration, the maximum processing fruit production of 25 kg / hour; 50 kg / hour; 100 kg / hour; 200 kg / h; 500 kg / hour)
4. Payback period: This line of less investment, relatively large line can recover the cost in a relatively short period of time.
5. Effective input: 25 kg ~ 500 kg fruit / h (5% of waste, such as nuclear, peel output)
6. Effective output; 5 to 100 kg finished flavored jam.
7. Jam Ingredients: pure fruit puree, vitamins, sugar and other flavors additives.
