Product Application
NRSDH-5 milk cream separator is the most important equipment in the dairy industry. Mainly used in the skim milk, butter, casein, cheese and anhydrous butter production process; such as, centrifuge concentrate, and removal of foreign impurities in the milk. Similar materials can also be used for clarification and purification.
This product absorbs the advantage from the same kind of foreign Product in Germany and Russia. All the parts that may contact the feedstock are made of stainless steel; therefore, reducing the chemical effect between the feedstock and the machine spare parts effectively.
The power drive adopts the traction clutch, and transferring power through the fluid, start reliably and able to prevent from overload. The bearings used the machinery SKF grade in Sweden, which guarantees the working precision of this machine.
The separator adopts the PLC automatic control system, and deslagging automatically. The ability of fitness is stronger, and the automatic level is higher. In addition, adjust easily, easing the strength of worker labors a lot , and the solids content ratio in the mixture fluid can be wide.
When the machine is working, the sealing water 8 is bumping into the sealing room 7, rising the sliding piston 5, and the sediment ejection hole 3 will shut down. Then, milk that to be processed are feeding into the bowl from feeding pipe 1. Under the effects of centrifugal force, the solids which have heavier density will be collected on the wall of the bowl. After a while, the opening water 8 is bumping into the opening room 6, falling the sliding piston 5, and opening the sediment ejection hole 4; than, the impurities will be deslagging from the bowl. The lighter liquid (fat) flowing along the inner side of the discs, and into the passage in the upper distributor. Than, lighter product is discharging from the machine by the lower centripetal pump 3. The heavier liquid(skim milk) flowing along another passage, discharging from the machine by the upper centripetal pump 2. Thus, the milk will be separated well. The separator adopts self deslagging and centripetal pump. Thus, the machine is able to work continuously, and attain a good separation effect in the long run.
