Product Description:
Filter medium: Rolling process oil based on kerosene or light oil Rolling oil (kerosene medium water) (cleaning with bending glue)
Plate filter is mainly used for filtering process lubricating coolant based on kerosene during the cold rolling process of non-ferrous metal strip and foil rolling mills. It is a key equipment to ensure that the process lubricating coolant reaches sufficient filtration accuracy, so that the surface quality of the rolled product meets technical requirements.
The filtration method of plate filters usually uses the filtered liquid to pass through a filtering medium with certain pores, and the size of the pores limits the improvement of filtration accuracy. The plate filter is sprayed with filter aids such as diatomaceous earth onto a specially designed filter medium by a jet pump with a certain negative pressure. After depositing a certain thickness of filter layer, the required filtration accuracy can be achieved. Due to the continuous addition of filter aids during the filtration process, the filtration accuracy is always guaranteed, thereby greatly improving the filtration efficiency.
