Equipment Introduction:

     1). The planetary mixer is a new type of high-efficiency, dead-point-free mixing equipment that can be stirred anywhere in the mixing cylinder. It has a unique and novel mixing form. There are two or three groups of mixers and a set of scrapers in the cylinder. While the agitator revolves around the axis of the kettle body, it also rotates around its own axis at different speeds, causing the material to make complex movements in the kettle body and undergo strong shearing and stirring. In addition, the scraper rotates around the axis of the kettle body to scrape off the material stuck to the wall and mix it, making the effect better.

     3). The cylinder body is equipped with a jacket, which can be heated and cooled according to user needs.

Structural Features:

     1). The planetary mixer is an efficient, multi-functional and mandatory mixer. It usually adopts the mode of lifting the frame, cylinder cover and mixing blades while the material cylinder moves.

     2). Vacuum resistance: the material can be operated under vacuum;

     3). The kettle body can be heated by electricity, steam, water and oil circulation. The precise temperature detection device on the transmission shaft ensures that the material temperature error is less than ±1°C, and the jacket, bottom jacket, and inner coil and guide plate of the jacket can be cooled;

     4). The inner wall of the kettle is finished by a large vertical lathe, and then automatically polished by a large polishing machine to ensure that the movable scraper (suitable for sealant) on the planet carrier completely scrapes off the material on the inner wall of the kettle when rotating;

     5). The twist frame type (the distance between the paddle and the paddle and the barrel wall is 3-4mm) stirring paddle (multiple blades) in the kettle also rotates while revolving, allowing the material to flow up, down and around, so that the material can be mixed in a short time. The revolution and rotation of the stirring paddle in the kettle adopt variable frequency speed regulation (variable frequency motor), and different speeds can be selected according to different processes and different viscosities. The speed measurement system directly gives the current rotation speed of different stirring paddles.
