The European double girder overhead crane is a bridge crane manufactured in accordance with European design standards. It consists of two main beams, an end car system, a lifting trolley, a control system and a cab. It can effectively utilize factory space, reduce the distance from the hook to the ground and the walls on both sides, reduce the weight of the entire crane, and save factory costs.

The European double girder overhead crane is composed of two parallel main beams, a lifting mechanism, a cart mechanism, a trolley mechanism and an electrical system. The main beam is usually made of steel structure, which has sufficient strength and rigidity to bear the weight of the lifting object.

  ● Lifting mechanism: used to control the lifting movement of goods. It usually consists of a motor, reducer, wire rope and pulley, which can realize the rapid and stable lifting and lowering of goods.

  ● Cart mechanism: used to control the movement of the entire crane on the main beam. It usually consists of a motor, a reducer and a wheel set, etc., and can realize the movement of the crane in the horizontal direction.

Structural features:

  ● The end beam is welded and formed by rectangular steel pipe or steel plate, with high positioning and processing precision. It is equipped with double rim wheel set, buffer and anti-derailment device.

  ● The main beam and end beam are connected with high-strength bolts to ensure the accuracy and smooth operation of the whole machine.

  ● A maintenance platform (maintenance walkway) is arranged on the driving side of the main beam to facilitate maintenance.

  ● The lifting trolley adopts European standard electric hoist, which has the characteristics of compact structure, low noise and high efficiency.
