1 ton big bag also belongs to big bag, Normally it should be considered the following features before using the bag:

● Construction Type: U Panel, 4 Panel, Circular (Tubular shape) panel, Baffle etc.
● Liners: Form Fitted Liner, Tube Liner, Baffle Liner or Other liners.
● Sewing Options (Sift Resistance Construction):
Standard, Single Dust proof Stitch, Double Dust proof Stitch, Triple Dust proof Stitch (With Felt), Over-lock Stitch with Safety Stitch and other according to clients' require.
1 ton big bag are widely used in Chemicals, construction materials, plastic raw materials, Mineral products, Firewood,and other types of powder, granules, block goods packaging; And our company can also provide Food grade, Ventilated firewood, Baffle bag, conductive and UN bags.
Production Process
Normally the 1 ton big bag produced under the following Eight steps:
① 100% New polypropylene material tested good for production.
② Melting the pp material and draw bench out fiber thread for weaving fabric.
③ Weaving fabric and lifting straps .
④ Cutting the fabric into suitable size and shape according to specific requirement.
⑤ The workers sewing the big bags in clean sewing house.
⑥ The bags should be dust-proof treatment.
⑦ QA and QC inspection
⑧ Packaging on pallets or bales according to customer's requirement and ready for delivery.

What are Bulk Big Bags?
Bulk Big Bags or Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers, are made of polypropylene woven fabric with lifting loops that allow the bulk container to be filled from top and discharged from the bottom.
Bulk Big Bags are suitable for the transportation of the following:

● IEC 61340 Standard for Electrostatic Hazardous Duty FIBC bulk containers.
Our bags can be manufactured to fulfill your specific requirements. The height, diameter, and length of the bulk bag and spouts, fabric with coated or uncoated, and whether a polyethylene liner is needed will be specified according to the type of products which will be shipped.
We also produce inner liners for ensuring protection of your products and liners available in variety of types and styles according to your require.
Which style bag is the most suitable for your application?
● Circular, seamless, or Tubular bulk big bags
Bulk big bag with seamless made from pp woven fabric on a circular loom and cut to a suitable bag height. This eliminates the need for vertical seems. The tubular shape design is ideal option for fine or powder materials. Bottom of bag can be square or circle shape available.
● U-Panel Bags
U-Panel big bags consists of a large “U” piece of fabric with 2 side panels sewing to each side to fulfill a bag shape. This style bag will maintain a square shape when filled, especially for bags with baffles. U-panel big bags can offer high safe working loading weight and solid durability.
4 Panel Bags
4 Panel big bag constructed from 4 separate fabric panels which are sewn together at the edges to form a bag. A separate square sheet of fabric is used to make the bottom of the bulk bag.
Baffled Bags
Baffled bulk bags are typically 4-panel or U-panel or Circular bags which using internal fabric baffles to improve the bag's squareness and stability. These bags are designed to maximize storage and save shipping space.
