All are heating zone, no belt system. 
The rack all use 80 * 40 thick flat pass welding production, machine feet with 40 * 40 square pass welding production, each section 2.5 meters. The surface process spray treatment(computer white)  after rust treatment , the line is assembled body type, machine feet with adjustable foot cups.

2. Oven:  heating zone dimensions:. 1. 2500 * W 800 *H 1250mm * 2 part; 
                   outside of the oven, the gall bladder using 1.5mm cold plate bending welding production, surface get rust treatment sprayed (computer white). 
                    liner sandwich plate is using 1.0mm stainless steel plate bending production, strengthen the internal filling-keel. using 1.0mm lower inner 
                    insulation. 
                  stainless steel, oven insulation is with 100K cotton insulation  to compact and fill (T100mm). 
  
3. supply system:  
   line body is with no driving force transmission, auxiliary equipment helps to drive; 
   heating system:  
 (1)oven: divided into two temperature zones control each temperature zone heating domestic high-quality short-wave infrared lamp heating, each district using 700mm / 1000W / support * 12, a total of 24, the total power 24.4Kw 
  
   (2) thermostat part: Thermostat imported intelligent digital temperature control table temperature, relay output control, total feed  electrical box located at the top of the oven heating system with ammeter, voltmeter, total air switch system. oven is without air transport machine. 
  
technical requirements: 
1. oven temperature from room temperature to 220 degrees, must be adjustable thermostat  
2. left, right and furnace temperature difference within plus or minus 5 degrees, the control accuracy is 1 degree.
