Ptfe Powder
Polytetrafluoroethylene (abbreviated as PTFE), commonly known as "the king of plastics", is a polymer polymerized with tetrafluoroethylene as a monomer. Its chemical formula is (C2F4) n. It has excellent heat and cold resistance and can be used for a long time at - 180~260 o C. This material has the characteristics of acid resistance, alkali resistance and resistance to various organic solvents, and is almost insoluble in all solvents. At the same time, polytetrafluoroethylene has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, and its friction coefficient is extremely low, so it can be used for lubrication, and also become an ideal coating for easy cleaning of the inner layer of water pipes.

Application
1.Widely used in engineering plastics, modified resin, PTFE cable.
2.Additives in coatings, fluorocarbon coatings.
3.Applied as additive in inks, ink jet printer powder.
4.Used as a senior mechanical drive lubricating oil, High oil at low speed.
5.Textile roller non-stick coating.
Package and storage
1. PTFE is packed in double layer PVC bags inside and in hard circular barrels outside. 25kg/barrels, on the barrel, there should be attached label and quality certificate
2. PTFE should be stored in clean dry warehouse to prevent from dust, moisture, etc, foreign maters.
3. The product are transported according to non-dangerous products.
