2. Pigment properties

Shandong Hongrun Pigment: High temperature resistant lemon chrome yellow Y314 is a green bright yellow pigment with bright and pure color, high color degree, excellent dispersibility and tinting strength. No bleeding in paint coloring, migration resistance in plastic coloring.

By improving the production process of traditional lemon chrome yellow, special organic chemical treatment (copolymerization with other metal oxides) is carried out on the surface of lemon chrome yellow pigment, so that it has excellent weather resistance, aging resistance, temperature resistance, acid resistance, etc. Therefore, Y314 lemon chrome yellow can completely replace the same type of pigment products of well-known foreign companies, and is also commonly used in the coloring of outdoor coatings such as shared bicycles, construction machinery, and construction tower cranes.

Heat resistance of Y314 lemon chrome yellow (240℃/5min in PVC, 220℃/15min in powder coating, 220℃/15min in iron printing ink).

We show through experiments that:

A. Heat resistance test

1. In the powder coating, in the oven at 200°C/15min, 200°C/15min, 220°C/15min, there is no discoloration, the color of the sample is clear, and there is no turbidity.

2. In the PVC plastic power pipe, 200℃/15min, 200℃/15min, 220℃/15min, no discoloration, clear color, no turbidity.

3. In iron printing ink, 200℃/5min, 200℃/5min, 220℃/5min, no discoloration, clear color and no turbidity.

B. Weathering test

1. Take the two-component acrylic paint used for building tower cranes as an example. Taking the coastal climate of Yantai in Shandong and the inland climate of Hunan as the standard, the paint sample has been exposed to the outside for 12 months, and no obvious fading or discoloration has been seen.

2. Taking the PVC plastic power pipe as an example, taking the coastal climate of Yantai in Shandong and the inland climate of Henan and Anhui as the standard, the plastic pipe model has been exposed to the outside for 12 months, and no obvious fading or discoloration has been seen.

Note: The above experiments have certain limitations, and can only be applied after customers conduct testing experiments according to their actual conditions.
