Maintenance:

1. Clean the surface and inner cavity dust, keep the machine clean and sanitary.

2. Check whether the ammeter current is the same as normal. If there is any abnormality, inform the maintenance worker to overhaul.

3. In case of sudden power failure, the heating switch should be turned off to prevent automatic start when the call comes.

4. Check whether the fan is running normally and there is no abnormal sound. If there is any abnormal sound, shut down the machine immediately and notify the maintenance worker for repair.

6. Check vents for blockage and clean up dust.

7. Whether the fan runs normally.

8. The maintenance man checks to see if the current is normal.

9. Check whether the temperature controller is accurate. If not, adjust the static compensation of the temperature controller or the sensor correction value.

10. Check whether the heating pipe is damaged and whether the line is aging.

11. Check whether the delay device is accurate and whether the error is allowed.
