1. An empty run test should be conducted before use

2. Empty operation test. The large plastic vertical mixer can be put into production only when no abnormal sound, high heat of bearing gear, temperature helicopter of reducer and other adverse phenomena are found. Before the test, check the robustness of all the connecting parts of the large plastic vertical mixer, the amount of lubricating oil in the reducer and the integrity of the electrical equipment, and then close the main switch, pass the power supply, and carry out the empty operation test machine.

3. In operation, if it is necessary to shovel and scrape the materials of the barrel wall of the machine, use bamboo and wood tools, do not use hands, so as not to cause hand injury accidents.

4. If abnormal vibration or abnormal sound is found in the use of the machine, the large plastic stand mixer should be stopped immediately for a comprehensive inspection.
