三相380V電機(jī)應(yīng)用非常廣泛，在某些只有單相電源的情況下，也可以通過一些辦法把三相電機(jī)改為兩相電機(jī)的。但是也容易存在一些問題。比如：?jiǎn)?dòng)困難、輸出功率不夠，大約只有60%左右、轉(zhuǎn)矩小沒力、容易發(fā)熱、長(zhǎng)時(shí)間運(yùn)行影響壽命等。改造前提首先必須要確定三相電機(jī)的三個(gè)繞組首尾端是否正確。三相電機(jī)首尾端如果錯(cuò)亂，改了以后會(huì)引起電機(jī)燒毀。如果三相電機(jī)接線端子沒拆過，或者接入三相電能正常運(yùn)行，說明端子是正確的。也可以直接看電機(jī)接線盒里的端子編號(hào)排布，正確排列如下（注意看線標(biāo)）：接線三相改單相一共Y型和△型兩種接法。
