Bently Nevada 3500/22 146031-01 146031-02 Verify that the Reverse Speed bar chart is green

Before starting this test, repeat steps 1 to 5 of the previous test

(Reverse peak speed test), then continue with step 1 below.

1) Verify that the reverse speed bar chart plots values in green and the current color does not indicate an alarm.

2) Now adjust the phase so that the leading channel lags by about 90 degrees (verify using an oscilloscope).

3) Verify that the reverse speed bar chart is drawn in red and that the current value represents an alarm.

4) Adjust the phase so that the leading channel is approximately 90 degrees ahead.

5) If the alarm is in a locked state, press the reset switch on the rear integration module.

6) Verify that the bar chart is drawn in green and that the current value is an indication alarm.

7) Now adjust the phase so that the leading channel lags by about 90 degrees, increase the speed so that it exceeds the alarm set point, and verify that the bar chart is drawn in red and that the channel status is displayed as alarm (which will also display a dangerous status).
