Functional features:

1. The whole machine adopts Schneider, Huichuan well-known brand and Taiwan Shengbang reduction motor, with stable and reliable quality 

2. The wallboard and important parts of the whole machine are subject to aging treatment and tempering to eliminate metal internal stress. They are made by high-precision machining center and grinded by CNC grinder.

3. The shafts and rollers of the whole machine are made of high-quality steel, tempered, Quenched and tempered, grinded, corrected by high-precision computer dynamic balance, and the surface is plated with hard chromium. 

4. The transmission gears of the whole machine are made of 40Cr alloy steel, high-frequency quenching treatment, gear grinding and high color registration accuracy. 

5. The working clearance of the whole flexo printing die cutting slotting equipment is adjusted, and the self-locking worm gear device is fast and convenient. Optional: ceramic anilox roller, doctor blade and ink leveling system.
