PlasE AR 207 wax based anti rust agent – for thermoplastic molds no need to clean

PlasE AR 207 is a wax based anti-rust spray for thermoplastic process molds, tools, bearings, guides, chains, etc, it is also applicable for CNC, textile machine and other metal equipments.

The product can be used as a mold release agent for PU processing.

PlasE is a proven product for applications including:

1.      Injection molds. It does not penetrate into the seams of the mold and can be removed through 5-8 shoots

2.      Long distance transportation of metal parts & equipments by sea. It protects the surfaces from high humidity & salt environment, without oily contamination.

Clean the metal surface before applying the spray. .

Product features:

l  Will not flow downward due to gravity after applied to metal surface

l  Suitable for injection molding, can be removed through 5-8 injection shots

l  Reduce finish product crape rate due to oil contamination

l  Eliminate mold cleaning agent consumption

l  Suitable for harsh marine environment

No manual cleaning is required prior to production recovery; the anti-rust agent basically will not penetrate into the seeps of the mold; and thus enable low scrap rate of the finish products.

Directions:

1. Remove any water, dirt, grease and other pollutants from metal surface

2. Shake PlasE AR 207 well before use.

3. Spray at 15-20cm away from the surface

4. Wrap the parts well before transporting by sea

Precautions:

1. Keep away from heat, flame, spark and other source of ignition.

2. Store in a cool and dry place (45°C); Avoid direct sunlight.

3. Do not clash, puncture, or incinerate the cans.
