1.The general description of peanut oil machine for sale:

peanut pretreatment plant is the basic process of peanut oil processing machine, is mainly to remove impurities in peanut, regulate moisture and temperature of peanut, and break peanut into small particles to change peanut molecular structure, etc, which is good for the following process in solvent extraction workshop. After peanut oil pretreatment & prepressing machine, we can get peanut cake. peanut cake can go to the following peanut solvent extraction plant.

2. The general description of peanut oil machine for sale

It is a process to use chemcial solvent n-hexane to extract peanut oil from processed peanut . By using the extraction way, the oil residue will be lower than 1% .and meal is more suitable for animal feed 

The main process: Solvent extraction system--D.T.D.C system --Condenser system--recovery system

The function of the main equipment:

1) Solvent pumps: continuously spray solvent to the rotary-type extractor;
(2)Roary extractor: Spray and soak the pre-pressed cake with solvent so that oil fats can be dissolved in solvent(form miscella). After processing, you can get wet meal and miscella (mixed oil).
(3)DTDC: usd to separate the solvent from the wet meal.
(4)Miscella tank 1st: pump the miscella (oil with solvent) in to the miscella 1st , and then add 10% saline water to it. The phospholipid and impurities in the miscella will react with the saline wter, at last the reactant precipitate, reaching the goal of purifying.
(5)Miscella tank 2nd: the purified miscella will be pumped into it.
(6)Miscella stripping: it will remove the remaining solvent in miscella. And the solvent will be discharged to condenser for recycling.
(7)Condensers: used to cooling the solvent gas separated from the wet meal and miscella for recycling.

3.The general description of peanut seed oil refining plant 

It is a process to refine crude peanut oil ,and get refined peanut oil for cooking . During the peanut oil refinery process ,harmful impurities such as gum, FFA ,pigment ,odor will be removed . The mainly process is degumming, neutralization, decolorization, deodorization .
