Product Introduction

This instrument is suitable for measuring the performance of grease in specially manufactured, spring-loaded automotive wheel bearing assemblies under low temperature conditions. The test principle is to fill a specially manufactured automotive wheel bearing assembly with a grease sample , firstly heat the device assembly, and then immerse it at -40°C. In addition, other test temperatures can be set according to the requirements of the grease specification. The spindle was run at 1r/min, and the torque value that prevented the hub from rotating at 60s was measured.
