Storage conditions

l The opened Microelisa Stripplate can be stored at [2-8 ℃] and avoid damp. Use for at least 2 months.
IntroductionThe test kit is detecting for the quantitative analysis of Ciprofloxacin in honey, animal tissue (chicken, pork, fish, and shrimp), eggs, milk and milk powder.
principle of test
The Ciprofloxacin (CPFX) ELISA Test Kit is based on a competitive colorimetric ELISA assay.
The ciprofloxacin antibody has been coated in the plate wells. During the analysis, sample is added along with the ciprofloxacin-horseradish peroxidase (Ciprofloxacin-HRP) conjugate. If the ciprofloxacin residue is present in the sample, it will compete for the ciprofloxacin antibody, thereby preventing the Ciprofloxacin-HRP from binding to the antibody attached to the well, last, take coloration with TMB substrate. The samples A value is an inverse relationship with CPFX residue content. Lastly, compared with the standard curve can be concluded the CPFX residues in sample.
