Load distribution module
The purpose of this module is to ensure that the operator network does not have the phenomenon of stuck, and realize a flexible deployment of network optimization solution. In the application need two modules, one is the client module.
First, load distribution principle
Load distribution refers to the allocation of multiple base stations in a certain area to a network requester through network optimization technology. After the base station receives the request from the requester, the network requester must transmit data to each base station within a certain period of time, and then the operator sends the request information to the server through the terminal device for processing. If the network requester can reply the response request information within the agreed time, the processing of the request is considered to be completed, and the subsequent processing cannot be carried out. If a reply request is denied, the request is considered incomplete. In this way, the differences between different sites can be eliminated in the process of network scheduling and the differences between operators can be prevented from affecting the quality of network service. Load allocation is an optimization method designed on the basis of the current optimal transmission scheme. After the optimization of multiple base stations through the network optimization technology, the current optimal transmission scheme is sent to the server, so that the operator network is no longer affected by the problem and the network priority allocation is realized
First, the main composition of the governor

At this time, if the motor rotor does not rotate or the transmission change caused by the rotor rotation is very small, can only be adjusted by the reverse; Otherwise, big changes may occur.
