Scope of application

The combination of it and universal machine is an indispensable test machine in concrete test. It is specially used for testing the flexural strength and splitting tensile strength of cement concrete by experimental machine.

Use and maintenance:

1. Loosen the two hex screws on the beam of the press, remove the upper pressure plate, leave the positioning pin on the beam, install the diamond-shaped pin and the upper support, and fix it tightly with two hex screws.

2. Remove the upper and lower press plate, concave ball seat and dust cover of the press, and replace it with this set of fixture, with the washer on the piston, the positioning pin, and the upper and lower fixture seat. The dust cover is fixed on the outside of the oil cylinder with the collar of the original machine. Adjust the distance between the two guide posts and lock them with nuts.

3. Flexure test can be conducted on two kinds of test blocks of 100×100×450mm and 150×150×550mm. When testing 100×100×450mm test block, move the upper left standard roll of the lower fixture base, the right standard roll of the roller base and the pin to the corresponding position on the inside of the roller spacing is 300mm. The upper and lower hook of the spring is moved to the corresponding position on the inside (roll spacing is 100mm), and then fixed, you can test.

4. Make 150×150×550mm

In the test block test, the left standard roll and the roll base, the right standard roll and the pin on the lower fixture base are moved to the corresponding position on the inside (the distance between rollers is 450mm), and the left and right standard roll on the upper fixture base, the spring and the upper and lower hook of the spring are moved to the corresponding position on the inside (the distance between rollers is 150mm), and then the test can be fixed.

5. When doing the splitting tensile test, remove the left and right standard roller and roller column on the upper fixture base, install the upper fixture bar, and fix it with screws to test.

6. After use, remove the test block debris in time, apply lubricating oil to each moving part, and apply anti-rust oil to each smooth surface to prevent corrosion.
