The introduction of cocoa powder production line:
This cocoa powder production line is mainly composed of 6 machines, from roasting, peeling, refining, pressing, and grinding of cocoa beans to final packaging. The entire production line is semi-automatic. The squeezing is defatting and keeping the cocoa cake.

1. Cocoa beans roasting machine: It is suitable for drying and roasting. Roasting temperature is up to 300°c, you can adjust both temperature and roasting time according to your need. You can take out samples easily to check the roasting condition, easy for operating, and convenient.

2. Cocoa beans peeling machine: It is made up of a peeling roller, fan, and gravity sorting part. Firstly cocoa beans fed in the hopper, peeled off by the roll, and then the ventilator is sucked by the wind to the outside of the machine, and the cocoa beans are removed after peeling. 

3. Cocoa paste grinding machine: It grinds the peeled cocoa beans into a slurry. The gap of the colloid mill can be adjusted within the range of 0.1~5mm.

4. Cocoa butter pressing machine: It is composed of a hydraulic press and oil press body, forming a closed-loop system. It controls the fat content of cocoa powder by adjusting the time and pressure of pressing. The finished product is cocoa cake and cocoa butter. 

5. Cocoa powder grinding machine: It refines the squeezed cocoa cake to obtain cocoa powder. 

6. Powder Packing machine: It automatically completes the measurement, bag clamping, filling, sealing, sewing, and conveying of powder and granular materials that are easy to flow or have extremely poor fluidity, with high accuracy, strong reliability and not easy to wear.
