Emerson A6110 is the shaft relative vibration monitoring module in the AMS 6500 mechanical health monitoring system. The following is its detailed information:

Functional purpose: Designed specifically for the most critical rotating machinery in factories, it is used to accurately monitor shaft relative vibration. By comparing vibration parameters with alarm setpoints, it drives alarms and relays to reliably protect the machinery. Can be used together with other AMS 6500 monitors to form a complete API 670 mechanical protection monitor, suitable for applications in steam, gas, compressor, and hydro turbine machinery.

Technical Parameter

Input characteristics: There are two input terminals that can be monitored independently or in combination. The input types are eddy current and differential. The Emerson sensor input part numbers are 6422, 6423, 6424, and 6425. Isolated from the power supply, with an input resistance greater than 100k Ω, an input voltage range of 0 to -22VDC, a lower cutoff frequency of 1 or 5Hz, and an adjustable upper cutoff frequency of 50 to 2000Hz.
