Usage

XCLP3-C manual die cutting machine is mainly used for the cutting of artificial leather, plastics, rubbers, canvas, nylon, paperboard, laminated materials, foam and various synthetic materials. Any other application is prohibited.

Features

1. The hydraulic system of the manual die cutting machine will supply oil for the lubrication of all the sliding parts of the machine. Therefore, the machine has longer service life.

2. The upper pressing board comes down quickly and when it is near the cutting mould, it will slow down. Thus, the upper side and the lower side of the materials will hardly have any size difference.

3. The specially designed machine structure avoids oil leakage.

4. The motor oil pump iof the manual die cutting machine is put outside, so that it can have good ventilation and cooling conditions. The operation is safer and the machine can be used for a longer time. Without the heating source, the oil temperature is relatively low and oil seal can last for a longer time.

5. It is convenient and easy to set the cutting mould.

6. Energy storage technology is adopted, therefore it is energy saving.
