working principle:

Butt welding machine operating procedures:

1. Motor, electrical, air compressor, etc. on welding equipment shall be implemented according to its relevant regulations. There is also a complete protective shell, and there should be a protective cover at the first and second terminals.

2. On-site use of electric welding machine should be equipped with rain-proof, moisture-proof, sun-proof shed, and equipped with fire service inventory.

3. During welding, welding and coordination personnel must take safety measures to prevent accidents such as electric shock, Air fall, gas poisoning and fire.

4. Welding and cutting are strictly prohibited on pressure pipes, containers containing inflammable and explosive materials and stressed components in operation.

5. When welding copper, aluminum, zinc, tin, lead and other non-ferrous metals, it must be carried out in a well-ventilated place, and the welding personnel should wear gas masks or breathing filters.

6. When welding in the container, the following measures must be taken: there must be air inlet and air outlet in the container and ventilation equipment must be set; The lighting voltage in the container must not exceed 12V, and someone must be present for monitoring during welding, welding in containers that have been sprayed with paint or plastic is strictly prohibited.

7. When welding preheated weldments, baffles should be set to isolate the radiant heat emitted by weldments.

8. When welding or cutting at high altitude, safety belts must be fastened. Fire prevention measures should be taken around and below the weldments and monitored by special personnel.

9. When the welding wire passes through the road, it must be raised or buried underground through the protective pipe. For example, when passing through the track, it must pass under the track.

10. Grounding wire and handle wire shall not be placed on inflammable and explosive articles with heat source, grounding wire shall not be connected to pipelines, machine tool equipment and building metal frame or track, and grounding resistance shall not be greater than 4 euros.

11. Open-air electric welding is not allowed in rainy days. When working in Feuchtgebiete, the operator should stand in the place where the insulation is laid and wear the insulated shoes.

12. For electric welding machines that have been stopped for a long time, the insulation resistance must be checked. 5mΩ, and the wiring part must not be corroded or damp.

13. The welding pliers should be firmly connected with the handle wire, and the welding should not be held by arms. When removing welding chips, the face should avoid the cleared weld.

14. During load operation, welding personnel should always check the temperature rise of electric welding machine. If the temperature rise exceeds 6℃ of grade A and 8℃ of Grade B, it must stop running and cool down.

15. Within 1m of the welding site, oxygen cylinders, acetylene generators, wood and other flammable materials shall not be stacked.

16. After the operation, clean up the site, destroy the fire, cut off the power supply, lock electric brake box, and eliminate the residual heat of solder before leaving.

17. The use and transportation of all kinds of gas cylinders (oxygen, argon, helium, acetylene and carbon dioxide, etc.) of welding equipment shall comply with the regulations on safety supervision of gas cylinders.
