MD310 Series Compact Multifunctional Frequency Converter

MD310 Series Frequency Converter is a universal compact multi-function frequency converter. It uses open-loop vector and V/F control mode to realize asynchronous motor control with high-performance current vector control technology. MD310 is equipped with RS485 communication interface, supports Modbus RTU communication, expands I/O extension card, CAN communication extension card. The built-in PID makes it easy to implement the closed-loop process control system, which can run at up to 16 speeds.

Product features and advantages

1. Small size, high cost performance

2. Over-excitation can effectively suppress bus voltage rise during deceleration and avoid frequent over-voltage faults.

3. With the built-in PID regulator and the selection of a given frequency channel, the user can easily realize the automatic adjustment of process control, such as constant temperature, constant pressure, tension and other
control applications.

4. In textile and chemical processing equipment, the use of swing frequency function can improve the uniformity and compactness of spindle winding

5. Four sets of motor parameters can be stored, and one frequency converter can
control the operation of four motors in time sharing

6. Timing function, running time can be set by parameters and simulation

7.Standardize RS485 communication interface, support Modbus RTU communication, expand CANLink, and realize fast bus connection with Huichuan products

8. Support parameter operation of frequency converter and virtual oscilloscope function. Graphical monitoring of
the internal state of the frequency converter can be achieved by using a virtual oscilloscope

9. Standard braking unit, users
connect braking resistance directly without external braking, saving cost
