Product Description
CCR industrial robot control system
CCR series industrial robot control system is independently developed and produced by our company and has independent intellectual property rights. This control system can control a variety of mechanical structures (right angle, SCARA, parallel, series and hybrid mechanisms). The system is loaded with stacking software packages for handling, as well as special software packages for spraying, welding, cutting, polishing and deburring. The teaching box is a man-machine operation interface, which is simple and easy to operate; To ensure safety, the teaching box is equipped with emergency stop and safety start switches; The box body is made of high-strength engineering plastic by one-time injection molding, and the shape conforms to ergonomics; It adopts 6.4-inch color LCD, high sensitivity touch screen and robot dedicated control keyboard, which can be operated by keys or by clicking on the touch screen. It is very convenient to realize man-machine dialogue functions such as manual operation, teaching programming and reproduction of the robot.

Teaching box

Electrical control cabinet
The control cabinet is equipped with ccr-cs110- special control system for robot independently developed by our company, imported AC servo driver (6 axes) and i/o interface, which can control the robot with 6 degrees of freedom, and can increase the external control axis of the robot, which can control 8 axes at most, and 40 i/o points at the input and output ports. The electric cabinet also has RS232, USB and Ethernet interfaces to facilitate the transmission of information and data. The control system can control up to 3 robots with a total of 24 axes; An expansion interface is reserved to facilitate the expansion of industrial fieldbus and machine vision.
CCR industrial machine body
CCR-RB series industrial robot is a 6-DOF vertical multi joint series structure, which is composed of seven parts: base, J1 axis, J2 axis, J3 axis, J4 axis, J5 axis and J6 axis; The movement of each joint is realized by a servo motor driving a low backlash precision reducer, and each servo motor is equipped with a power loss brake.
