PM95A Motion Control Card

Used together with Weihong NcStudio software, PM95A motion control card (hereinafter referred to as PM95A) is used to control the motion of engraving machines, engraving and milling machines, drilling machines, cutting machines, etc.

When it is used together with NcStudio software, you need to insert it into PCIE slot. The definition of each interface is the same as that of the computer.

Performance of PM95A is as follows:

Support mobile app encryption Pm95a series control card supports date encryption, which greatly facilitates the management of machine tools by machine tool manufacturers. 4. Simpler wiring DB9 serial communication is adopted, and only one DB9 core wire is required for communication from the control card to the Rhonda controller (terminal board). ●Computer Sleep Mode function and Fast Start function may lead to abnormal function of this product. Thus, please refer to the corresponding documentation to disable related functions before using this product.

●Do not insert the pm95a series board into the PCI slot by mistake. ●Ensure that the machine tool is well grounded. ●Do not plug and unplug the board with power. ●Please firmly connect the board blocking iron with the computer shell. ●Avoid directly touching the non touch area of the touch pad card.
