Application Fields:

1. Metal Nano-lubricating additives: 0.1-0.5% Nano Bismuth powder was added to lubricating grease to form self-lubricating and self-repairing film on the surface of friction pairs during the friction process, which significantly improved the performance of lubricating grease.

2. Metallurgical additives: Bismuth nanoparticles can be used as additives for cast iron, steel and aluminium alloy to improve the free cutting performance of the alloy.

3. Magnetic materials: Bismuth has a very small thermal neutron absorption cross section, a low melting point and a high boiling point, which can be used as a heat transfer medium for nuclear reactor.
